Warren — Engineering Director
With over 25 years of experience, Warren leads our engineering function with a focus on quality, safety, and innovation. He oversees all technical operations, supports our engineering team, and ensures every system we deliver meets industry standards and exceeds expectations.
Charlotte — Accounts Manager
Charlotte keeps the business running smoothly, managing everything from financial reporting to day-to-day admin. She's the friendly voice supporting both our clients and our team, making sure everything behind the scenes is taken care of with precision.
Lee — Project Manager
Lee plans and delivers projects from start to finish, making sure everything stays on schedule and within budget. He’s the link between our clients and engineers, ensuring every project runs smoothly and meets all expectations.
Steve — Compliance Manager
Steve ensures everything we do meets the highest legal and regulatory standards. He oversees internal processes, manages risk, and helps us stay fully compliant — giving our clients added confidence in every system we install.
Byan — Junior Engineer
Byan supports the engineering team across a range of fire and security projects. As he builds hands-on experience, he’s developing the skills and knowledge that will make him one of the next generation of trusted engineers.
Simon — Engineer
Simon works on the ground to design, install, and maintain fire and security systems. He brings strong technical expertise, a practical mindset, and a commitment to doing things right — every time.
Isabella – Admin Assistant
Isabella joined Valley Fire & Security as our Admin Assistant, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. She assists with customer enquiries, documentation, and internal coordination, helping to keep operations organised and efficient. Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure our engineers and wider team are fully supported, allowing us to continue delivering a reliable and professional service to our clients.
Richard – Head of Sales
Richard leads the sales function at Valley Fire & Security, driving growth while ensuring clients receive solutions that are both compliant and commercially sound. With a strong understanding of fire and security systems, he works closely with businesses to identify risks, recommend the right protection strategies, and build long-term partnerships.His focus is on delivering tailored solutions, clear communication, and a service-first approach that reflects the standards Valley Fire & Security is known for.
