At Valley Fire & Security, investing in the development of our engineers is central to the quality, safety, and reliability of the work we deliver. Ensuring our team has both practical experience and recognised technical knowledge allows us to maintain high standards across all fire and security projects.
We’re pleased to share that Byan, Junior Engineer, has successfully achieved his BAFE Examination Certificate in the Theory and Practice of Servicing Portable Fire Extinguishers.
Byan supports the engineering team across a wide range of fire and security projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience alongside experienced engineers. As part of his development, formal training and certification play a key role in reinforcing best practice, compliance, and technical understanding.
This qualification strengthens Byan’s knowledge of portable fire extinguisher servicing, ensuring work is carried out safely, correctly, and in line with recognised industry standards.
“Developing our junior engineers is critical to maintaining the standards our clients expect. Byan’s achievement shows the importance of combining hands-on experience with recognised training, and it’s great to see his commitment to building the right foundations early in his career.”
